I represented the Law Faculty of UiTM Shah Alam to present a concept paper on the second day of the National Postgraduate Seminar 2010 (NAPAS 2010) 6-7 July at Grand BlueWave Hotel, Shah Alam, Selangor. More than 100 research papers were presented by postgraduate researchers all over the country, and 4 keynote papers from accross the globe were presented at the seminar.
The title of my paper was: Conceptualising Courtroom Technology: Some Observations From Foreign Jurisdictions. Basically the contents of my paper was to introduce the concept of courtroom technology by looking into the different experience and applications of several jurisdictions for instance Malaysia, UK, USA, Italy, Singapore, Spain and Australia.
I received good feedback from the audience, and it is hoped that my concept paper would be a catalyst for future research on courtroom technology in Malaysia.
